I recently spoke with Conall Ó Móráin on That Great Business Show about the hidden cost of early college withdrawal in Ireland and the role families play in supporting successful transition and retention. The conversation reflects much of what shaped Pathways.ie – combining my background in Nursing, Health Promotion and Access to education role, with practical insight from working alongside students and parents at key transition points.
